As a BIM Specialist, your daily tasks will include creating and managing detailed 3D models, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring seamless integration of MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire) and CAS (Construction and Architecture) systems. You'll use industry-leading software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures to deliver precise, high-quality BIM solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM models for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEPF and CAS systems into the BIM model.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and address conflicts in the BIM model.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation and schedules using BIM software.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM best practices and software usage.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure BIM models align with project timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and trends to continuously improve processes and deliverables.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings to share insights and contribute to decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM, with a strong background in MEPF and CAS systems.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures.
• Certification in BIM-related programs, such as BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality BIM deliverables.
