As a Customs Declarant, you will work closely with our import/export team, handling the entire customs clearance process from start to finish. You will use industry-standard software such as SAP Customs Declaration System and e-Customs to prepare and submit declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations for import and export shipments using SAP Customs Declaration System and e-Customs.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies in customs clearance.
• Monitor and manage customs duties, taxes, and other fees associated with shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customs transactions.
• Provide support and guidance to other team members on customs procedures and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in customs laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates in processes.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members on customs clearance procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance, preferably in the import/export industry.
• Certification in customs procedures and regulations, such as Customs Broker or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Proficient in using SAP Customs Declaration System and e-Customs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a good understanding of other relevant languages.
