📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.,Conduct regular site inspections and report on progress and issues.,Manage a team of construction workers and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
