📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train a team of FOH and beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure high-quality beverage service by monitoring inventory and ordering supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in inventory management and cost control.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork among staff.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance service quality.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in FOH and beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene standards.
- Good understanding of inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
