As an IT Governance & Compliance Specialist, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement IT governance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure that all systems and processes are in line with governance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on IT governance and compliance metrics to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure that our IT infrastructure remains compliant and secure.
• Provide training and guidance to IT teams on IT governance and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with external auditors and consultants to ensure that our IT infrastructure meets all regulatory and industry standards.
• Ensure that all IT-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT governance and compliance, preferably in a financial or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to COBIT, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Proven experience in conducting IT audits and assessments, and developing and implementing IT governance policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address IT governance and compliance issues.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CGEIT are a plus.
