📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and check-ins, using systems like OpenTable or Resy.
• Assist with table assignments and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist with front desk operations, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
• Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service and a seamless dining experience.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, maintaining the restaurant's ambiance.
• Promote the restaurant's events and special offerings to enhance guest engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a restaurant or resort setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic front desk operations and reservation systems.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for long periods.
• Valid ID card and work permit (if applicable).
