• Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train a team of FOH and beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Assist in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in FOH and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene standards.
• Good understanding of inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
