📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marine safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Oversee the implementation of quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards of service and product quality.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the marine operations team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of safety, environmental, and quality assurance practices across all operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in marine operations.
• Represent SOECHI at industry events and conferences to network with peers and share best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance.
• Certifications in marine safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IMO ISM, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of international and local marine regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using marine safety and environmental management software (e.g., ISM, EHS, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
