In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the implementation of e-learning platforms and other digital training tools.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure they are successful in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.,Proven track record of successful training program implementation.
