Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients across Indonesia.
  • Understand client business needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
  • Drive business growth and success through effective financial solutions.
  • Manage and grow the SME portfolio, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the SME sector.
  • Report on client performance and provide regular updates to management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of SME business needs and financial solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
