📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution efficiency and address any issues.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and vendors.,Analyze distribution data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to distribution.,Provide training and support to distribution team members to enhance their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a related role.,Strong understanding of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using distribution management software and tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
