📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and organize banquet events from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients.,Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers to ensure all event logistics are in place.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues, including tables, chairs, decorations, and other equipment.,Work closely with our marketing team to promote upcoming events and attract guests.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of all event-related expenses and revenues.,Assist in training and mentoring junior banquet staff members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event management roles.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
