🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, particularly in ALM, Liquidity, and Market Risk.,Professional certification in risk management (e.g., CISM, FRM, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with banking regulations and risk management frameworks.,Experience with risk management software and tools is a plus.
