Hokian Nanda Bakso is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. This is a full-time position based in Cilincing, with a competitive salary of Rp 24.000.000 – Rp 32.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.,Manage and train a team of staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and operates efficiently.,Manage and maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that staff are trained in emergency procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team of staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
