📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Prepare and present financial reports to management, including sales, expenses, and profits.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant to meet health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving business performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
