Duta Budi Fried Chicken is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues promptly.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.,Participate in regular meetings with the company management to discuss performance and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar food service establishment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with remote management and strong communication skills to maintain effective remote operations.,Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting software.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards.
