📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and cultural nuances is a plus.
