In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, analysis, and construction of various structural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of structural engineers in the design and analysis of various structural projects.,Ensure all structural designs meet relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.,Oversee the construction process to ensure that the structural components are built according to the approved designs.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Prepare and submit detailed technical reports and documentation for project approvals.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers within the team.,Collaborate with other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in structural engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Professional certification in structural engineering (e.g., PE, M.Eng, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
