📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
