📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Manage a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Conduct product quality checks and ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote new tea products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.,Participate in product development activities, contributing to the creation of new and innovative tea products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards, particularly in the tea industry.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of successful project management and execution.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with tea production and quality control processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
