In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in learning and development to gain valuable experience and grow their careers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and implement learning and development initiatives in collaboration with the HR team.,Assist in the creation of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training requirements.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to participants.,Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and align programs with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively.
