Bahagia Lestari Health Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our health center, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for providing quality care to our patients. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and convenience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the health center, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Coordinate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive patient experience.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all patient information and healthcare services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,Valid healthcare professional certification or license.
