📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct initial and final interviews with candidates to assess their technical skills and fit for the role.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier Heavy Equipment Operators.
• Collaborate with the operations team to understand their specific needs and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operations and maintenance.
