Octa Canggu Villa And Condotel is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Worker to join our team. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to be part of a growing hospitality business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the villa and condotel premises.,Perform general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning, organizing, and stocking supplies.,Support the housekeeping team in preparing rooms for guests, including making beds, changing linens, and tidying up.,Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in the villa's dining area.,Help with the organization and management of guest amenities and supplies.,Contribute to the overall guest experience by providing excellent customer service.,Participate in team meetings and follow the instructions of the management and housekeeping supervisor.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 20 kg.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.,Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent service.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.
