Rumah Sakit Intan Fruit is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development department in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with various departments to gather training needs and feedback.,Support the creation and delivery of training materials, including e-learning modules and workshops.,Conduct training needs analysis and develop training plans.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the management of the Learning Management System (LMS).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
