📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients.
  • Assist in the training and development of sales teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance client relations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of client relations and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong focus on results.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
