📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners to drive sales and revenue.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other affiliate tracking software.
• Create and implement affiliate marketing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimal results.
• Optimize affiliate partnerships to improve performance and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Generate regular reports on affiliate performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored affiliate marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in using affiliate marketing tools and software, such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, or ShareASale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Passion for travel and hospitality, with a keen understanding of Bali’s unique market.
