📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the jetty, ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo.
• Coordinate with ship captains, tugboat operators, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth vessel operations.
• Monitor and manage the movement of vessels, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of jetty facilities and equipment to maintain operational standards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo handling activities and vessel movements.
• Collaborate with the port authority and other relevant agencies to ensure compliance with maritime laws and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on maritime operations and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime operations, preferably in a jetty or port environment.
• Proven track record of leading maritime operations with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety protocols, and cargo handling procedures.
• Certification as a Master Mariner or equivalent, preferably with experience in coastal or inland waterway operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a maritime security clearance.
