📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail stores.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
