The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies and equipment to the clinic.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain processes.
  • Track and manage logistics expenses and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and processes.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with the clinic's management team to ensure that logistics operations support the overall goals and objectives of the clinic.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with healthcare logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
