📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Coordinate with the HR team to organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of employee communications and announcements.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
