Hokian Yoga Restaurant is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial in supporting our operational efficiency and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance schedules and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient vehicle operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety standards.,Handle vehicle scheduling and routing to optimize operational efficiency.,Manage and process vehicle insurance and registration documents.,Provide support and guidance to drivers regarding vehicle maintenance and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
