Stripe is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Mobile Development Productivity team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of mobile applications that enhance user productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development, a proven track record of managing engineering teams, and a passion for creating innovative solutions that improve user experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.,Collaborate with product managers and designers to define the product vision and roadmap.,Drive technical strategy and best practices to improve development productivity and code quality.,Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.,Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure technical excellence.,Monitor and analyze development metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.,5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a focus on iOS and/or Android platforms.,Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role, leading and mentoring engineering teams.,Strong understanding of mobile development best practices, including architecture, testing, and deployment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.,Passion for creating innovative solutions that enhance user productivity and experience.
