📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop new store staff to ensure they meet the company's standards and expectations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point of sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
