📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.,Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering and restocking.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
