In this role, you will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure that our systems are secure, scalable, and reliable. You will be responsible for implementing and managing DevSecOps practices, automating security processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and drive the implementation of DevSecOps practices, ensuring that security is integrated into the development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable systems and applications.
• Automate security processes and tools, such as static and dynamic code analysis, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure that all systems and applications are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in DevSecOps, security, and operations, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our security and operations policies, procedures, and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in DevSecOps, security, or operations, with a strong background in secure coding, automation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), or Certified DevOps Professional (CDP) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT, and industry regulations such as GDPR or PCI DSS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote and distributed team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to address complex security and operations challenges.
