You will also be responsible for managing the reception area, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Manage the reception area, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling mail.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including stocking supplies and ensuring equipment is in good working order.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.,Monitor and update the receptionist's log book to keep track of visitors and their purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and polite demeanor, with a customer-focused approach.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
